The Story of Novomix
Novo Excipients Pvt. Ltd. is the result of a joint venture between M/S G. C. Chemie Pharmie Ltd. and M/S Sweta Pharma Pvt. Ltd., two pharmaceutical companies with experience of 30 years in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of API's & Excipients to domestic as well as international customers. They now have a line of products called NOVOMIX (Ready Mix Film Coating System).
The Challenge
The company had an upcoming FDA audit for its new plant. So before that audit, they wanted to design, manufacture, and install the furniture within a time span of 3-4 weeks for all the rooms and set up a separate room for compactors.
They were unable to find a suitable company that can design and install the requirements before the audit date. Also, they needed standard configurable furniture to prevent any concern regarding customization.
How Furnace Responded
Furnace took this project as a challenge and worked on it on a priority basis. Our team visited their site, took relevant measurements, designed the layout, understood requirements and pain points, and considered the deadline. We manufactured and designed laboratory furniture with storage solutions for 10 rooms and set up a compactor in one room as per their requirements.

They were delighted with the quality of the product and also appreciated our dedication to completing the entire project before the FDA Audit. The products were supplied within 3 weeks and it took 1 week for installation. The project was delivered within the deadline the client needed in order to be ready for the FDA audit.
